Terms of Service

Use the site for what it is for: browsing, buying, and getting support. You agree not to interfere with its operation, probe or breach its security, scrape it at scale, misrepresent who you are, or use it for anything unlawful.

Pieces are made in limited runs and sold as described on each product page, including the shipping and final-sale terms shown at checkout and on the Support page. We may cancel and refund an order where we reasonably suspect fraud or error (for example, an obvious mispricing).

BrandOS features that connect third-party accounts — such as the TikTok connection — are for connecting accounts you own or are authorized to manage. You agree to use them in line with the third-party platform's own terms (for TikTok, the TikTok Terms of Service), and only to view your own account's information as described in the Privacy Policy. You can disconnect at any time; disconnecting deletes the stored connection.

Everything on this site — the Late6 name, designs, product imagery, and copy — belongs to Late6 or its licensors. Do not reuse it commercially without written permission.

The site and BrandOS are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-interruption. Statistics shown for connected accounts come from the third-party platform and may lag or differ from what that platform displays.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Late6 is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or BrandOS. For anything arising from a purchase, our total liability is capped at the amount you paid for that order. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
